We do not accept returns, or give refunds on custom or made to order art. But please feel free to reach out to us. We want our customers to be happy, and we understand that not every situation is the same. We are willing to work with you if you have suggestions or questions.
Bottom line, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Email us with your questions and we will respond just as soon as one of us is available.
Keep in mind that it may take up to 48 hours to receive as response, as there are only two of us (Robert and Kyra) and we both work at the shop full time (But you will usually receive a response within a few hours).
